  I truly believe the previous poster must have confused dentist offices & feel compelled to write a review as we have been using this dentist for years & she is excellent! Unlike most dentists, Dr Hayes was a hygienist first. The reason I like this is because she does beautiful work as a dentist but pushes her patients to take good care of their mouths to AVOID costly repairs later. In this day, I find that approach refreshing! It's not often that you find a person in ANY profession who has your best interest in mind AND SHE RUNS VERY CLOSE TO ON TIME (I know....SHOCKING!!!). Additionally, Dr. Hayes will chat if you like a relaxed atmosphere; or get to work if you are all business. She will follow your lead on your personal preferences regarding the atmosphere. I've seen businessmen rush in & out; kids reading books; and patients deliver her baked goods. She is flexible & willing to meet whoever you are. About the ONLY thing I can say she is NOT flexible on us her care. I asked about doing some care a specific way & she absolutely declined ---- oh, well!!!! She has very high standards & won't do quick-fix jobs. Only go to her if you want top-notch dentistry. You cannot talk her into less, :)

  Not at all impressed by this dentist. They were extremely unprofessional. While working on my teeth, she was talking to her receptionist across the room and her assistant had no clue what she was doing.Her assistant repeatedly marked wrong teeth # on the x rays and the doc had to correct it. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN..
