- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Time at a computer affects my neck and back. Occasional massage and chiro helped, but pains were growing in frequency and severity with the years. A friend recommended dry needling. I scheduled a first visit with Schrier. They appropriately interviewed me and took measurements (range of motion, strength, reflex, etc.), which confirmed that needling might help. I've seen Megan and the team for five visits now, and the pace of progress is accelerating nicely. I believe that dry needling has released some longstanding tension in various back muscles, which is allow a freer and more comfortable range of motion. I'm optimistic that with a bit more work, I'll be back to normal, and in need of only sporadic maintenance (massage, chiro, and dry needling).
